1. Services Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as promised.

  • A technical issue on our end prevented the service from being fulfilled.

  • The project was canceled by Codesoftic before substantial work had been completed.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after the project has started.

  • Delays caused by lack of communication or required inputs from the client.

  • Custom development services after approval and commencement.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the service delivery or purchase date. Please include your project details and a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and reviewed:

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, if partial work was delivered, a partial refund may be issued based on the portion of work completed.
